Unique blends specifically for you – For wholesale namely restaurants, catering, pub chains etc, Coffee Matters can produce blends specifically for you. We would invite you to our roasting facility where you would spend time with our fully qualified Baristas blending coffee that suits you and you clients. We will also give you a tour of our facility so you can see and understand the whole process. Once the blend is agreed, all production information is held within a client profile account that contains the regional beans used, the roast profile and the packaging required. With all our coffees the roast profile is essential as this is what happens during the roasting process and ensures product consistency.
If you are wholesale, retail outlet, deli, coffee shop or restaurant that wants their clients to take their brand home, Coffee Matters can brand your own coffee. This is a superb way to broaden your revenue stream and extend your branding into your clients homes.
At Coffee Matters, we have at hand a dedicated team that can assist in designing your packaging to present your coffee to your clients. We have a wide range of packaging options from sachets and funky coloured foil bags to high quality Kraft bags. Whatever packaging option you choose, all our professional grade foil bags are gas flushed and heat sealed, ensuring ultimate freshness and quality.
This sized bag tends to be used for retail products, Usually they have two labels, front and back. The front and the back all depends on what you are aiming for with your product design.
These packs mostly use our 74x112mm labels both sides. The wider packs, such as the pouch bags (labelled), can accept a 100x150mm label on the large side and the 74x112mm valve side.
This sized bag is used more often for ‘out of home’ products; they can be used in retail and wholesale outlets. The valve can be seen at the top of one side of the bag but the label choice for these isn’t as limited.
Most of our labels held in stock will fit these bags front and back. We do have a few exceptions to this rule; some of the thin 1kg bags won’t be able to take any labels over 80mm in width.
This bag is our larger consumer ready bag. These, like the other products above, can be sold in the retail sector but it’s mainly classed as an ‘out of home’ product found at wholesale. Like all the products above, we have a vast selection of colors available to help us better fit your brand.
These packs normally always have a large 100x150mm label and rarely have a rear label to match. All of our in-house labels will fit this pack.
Almost all the bags you’ve seen above can be in a craft material too. These come in two forms, pre-made bags and foil craft bags. There is a slight visual difference between the two and the foil bag has a lined texture on the bag. We also have a few extra Kraft bags which can be folded down using a tin tie. Our Kraft bags can be closely matched using a Matt label with craft materials colour printed over (see examples in the label section).
We have a wide range of available label sizes to ensure that you are able to design the appearance of your product however you so choose. Our available label sizes are:
Our labels are available in three variations listed above, in addition to we have several specialised label sizes, Our 50mm x 120mm. The label are designed to go over the top of a folded bag, while the 105mm x 110mm satin label are perfectly made for use on tins. To get a more definitive listing of available label sizes and types, as well as their uses, do not hesitate to contact our design team.
We have a selection of label finishes; matte, gloss and clear, depending on the look you wish to achieve. All our labels come in a wide range of sizes to suit whatever packaging you have selected for your product. Matte labels offer the best colour retention, ensuring that your labels reflect your quality brand. The added texture on the front of these labels and its non-shine effect leaves this as a brilliant choice of label for the artisan product that aims to feel more rustic.
Gloss labels come in all the same sizes as our matte labels. While gloss labels don’t have the same colour quality as matte labels, they do have a nicer finish. The shine of gloss labels works very well with many of our packaging types, and helps make brighter colours in the label stand out.
Our clear labels are available in numerous sizes and works well for designs that you want to appear printed directly onto the bag. Clear labels work best with designs that are minimalist and have plenty of clear space.
We don’t just stop there, we have a small team of designers on hand to help you through the design process and get the most out of your ideas. Our designers are up to date with the latest label design trends and are more than happy to sit down with you and go through your design ideas and start creating something unique for you.
If you have had your designs created externally and have all the required permissions to edit them, then we have the software and know how to make all future edits, helping you keep your design costs down. After receiving your design brief in full, we aim to work on your design and send it back to you within 7 working days, any edits after this time would be made priority to complete the product ready for sale.
These certification systems have been put into place to ensure that the certification governing bodies are as widely recognisable as possible. Every packet that includes any of these certifications must be submitted for review to the governing body it’s associated with. This is to ensure that the label is the correct size, shape and colour and not distorted in any way.
If you would like to know more about the certification design rules or the organisations themselves, click on the icons above or to the left of certification description. Each link will include the up-to-date vector images for designers’ use.

Swiss Water® Process uses the elements of water, temperature and time to create some of the most intriguing decaf coffee. First, we start with small batches of amazing coffee and green coffee extract. Then we add local water and a dash of loving attention by monitoring time and temperature until the coffee is 99.9% caffeine free. See how it all happens in four sort-of-simple steps.
